THE GREAT WHITE NORTH

Hello everyone and good evening from the Great White North. This week has been good. We got transfer calls and luckily I'm staying in the same area but I am getting a new companion! We have been busy with lessons and finding new people and have had a few really good lessons this week. 

Our first one was with a guy who we have been teaching for a few weeks. He has really gained a testimony of prayer and feels like God is looking after him. It is such a blessing to be able and see how much comfort the gospel brings to his life.

We also met with the Couple from India we had a lesson a out prayer and they shared how it has helped them in their lives. Me and Elder Gauthier bore our testimonies about it as well. The spirit was very strong there. 

We also got to go to a Brazilian barbeque at the Fereiras house which was very good and I was able to eat a lot. It was a nice break from ramen noodles Haha. It's been weird having time go by so fast and so slow at the same time. I hope you are all doing great! -Elder Starkie
